Thank you for booking one of our exciting new online class on 20 June, Saturday at 9.30am. We have created a membership that can only be seen by you once you have booked your spot.

We’ll be sharing everything you need to know about the class, what products we use for the class and the recorded version will be available here. We upload the recorded class 24-48 after the live class date. This give you the opportunity to recreate the biscuits, pausing and rewinding me.

Here’s a reminder of what we’ll be covering in the class In the first 45 minutes (approx)
A demonstration on making royal icing
A demonstration on rolling out and baking your cookies.
Mixing various royal icing consistencies
What South African products, colours and tools I use.
Short break for 15 minutes (To have a bathroom break and get a cuppa tea)
Remaining 1 hour (approximately, it may be longer)
Decorating all 6 themed cookies to completion.
Stencilling with royal icing
Drying and storing your iced biscuit for the best results.
Basic royal icing techniques including wet on wet, painting with gold.

We will be sending you a detailed procedure of how to load Zoom and join the class, please log on 20 minutes prior to the class starting time. Just so that we can have everyone ready by 9.30am.
